Land Division Administrator
The State of Michigan enacted the Land Division Act (PA 591 of 1997) which
changed the rules regarding the division and splitting of land. A request MUST
be submitted to this Township Supervisor before any split can be approved.
Divisions of the land that do not comply will be enforced by State Law and will
not be issued a permit.
Beginning April 1st 2009, Land Division application fees will begin at $150.00 and may increase depending on the complexity of the land splits.
